Defective at first but awesome customer service getting a replacement

The clock looks great! The first clock was defective but after a quick e-mail to customer service they sent me a new one with a return label. They even tested the replacement clock before sending. Thanks so much and the clock now resides near my other bttf memorabilia in my living room.

Ok, but issues

The clock fine, but the hands are not the correct style and length (just compare it to pictures of the one from the movie). Second, why mess up the look of the clock further by adding the Back To The Future logo on the clock face. Certainly, if it needs to be on the clock in it could go on the back.
