Shipping

Our Shopify ecommerce system is integrated with the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS, and will automatically generate a live shipping quote at checkout. These rates are based upon the total weight of the items you wish to purchase, the distance they must travel to be delivered, and how quickly you want them there. To receive a live postage quote, simply add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your cart, proceed to checkout, provide your delivery address, and you will be provided with a selection of multiple delivery rates to choose from.

Free Economy Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders which total $88.00 or more for U.S. Customers only which do not contain items on pre-order, or manufacturer restricted items.  If you are seeing a shipping fee, your order is not presently eligible for free shipping due to the location you're having it shipped to, the amount of your purchase price, or because your order contains at least one item that does not qualify for free shipping (such as a pre-order item).

International Shipping

We ship anywhere in the world that FedEx & UPS currently delivers to. Please note: payment of any duties, taxes or fees associated with importing collectibles into your country will be collected at checkout. As the buyer, you are responsible for ensuring these products can be legally imported to your desired destination. Please research your country's current laws, regulations, and restrictions.

Package Protection agains Damages, Loss and Theft

You will be presented with an option at checkout to protect your purchase with ShipInsure Package Protection, which will cover any damages, loss or theft that may occur. Please note that by declining this protection, you are acknowledging that Back to the Future™ will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items.
