Refund policy

Returns
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unworn, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).  Postage is a non-refundable service. To begin the return process, contact us at sales@backtothefuture.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be forfeited and not accepted. The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping fees for returned items.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all non-damaged items being returned. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your banking institution to process and post the refund. International packages seized by customs, may void partial refunds unless the products are returned in their original mint condition. Any duties, taxes or fees paid by the buyer are non-refundable by the seller in any circumstance. Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs, duties or taxes charges will not be eligible for refunds. We are not responsible for any delivery delays encountered during the customs process, and refunds are not applicable.
